Stay program:

Regeneration by the sea is an offer aimed at individuals looking to improve their fitness, health, and overall well-being. Your stay will begin with a treatment consultation that will indicate appropriate treatments intended to enhance your health.

Treatment day* is nothing more than two complete therapeutic treatments. On each treatment day, you will receive a recovery cocktail rich in vitamins and minerals that replenish the body.

If you take advantage of the regeneration package, during your stay at Wydma Resort you will receive free-to-use Nordic Walking poles, as well as a one-time entry to our normobaric chamber for 2 hours. Specifically for Our Clients using the regeneration package, additional time in the normobaric chamber is 20% cheaper!
